Today, as a Venture Partner at TCV, Jessica advises and supports high-growth consumer businesses, bringing her deep expertise in organizational scale, leadership, and culture. Her previous leadership roles include Chief Talent Officer at Netflix, Chief People Officer at Scopely, and Head of People at Coursera.
