Dr. Bradley Wilson is a Principal Consultant with over a decade of experience shaping the firm's consulting practice. With a strong background in organizational psychology, leadership development, and strategic communication, Brad has led global teams and spearheaded research, product development, and thought leadership initiatives.
At Perceptyx, Brad has played a key role in designing global employee listening programs and guiding over 300 organizations, including many Fortune 100 companies, in using employee feedback to inform business decisions. His expertise in people analytics and survey design has influenced key performance metrics, improving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness in multinational companies.
Brad holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University, an MBA in innovation and organizational design from Liberty University, and a BA in Communication from the University of Rhode Island. His doctoral research on employee responses to mergers highlighted the importance of cultural alignment in talent retention.
An accomplished speaker, Brad has delivered more than 1,000 executive presentations and contributed to 50 conferences and publications, focusing on the intersection of organizational culture and technology. Outside of work, he is an avid adventurer, having completed solo hikes of the Appalachian and Pacific Crest Trails, experiences that shape his views on resilience and performance.
