Lauren has more than 15 years of experience in the employee experience and people analytics field, joining Perceptyx in 2018. Before that, she was a managing consultant at IBM, served as a director of employee experience for an advisory organization, and worked as a human resources consultant in the industry. As a thought leader, Lauren speaks at conferences, hosts webinars, publishes research and writes articles on transforming and sustaining exceptional employee experiences. She believes that employees are an organization’s greatest asset and that listening to them — and acting on their feedback — is a key strategy for understanding their needs, making them feel valued, improving their experience, and addressing business challenges.

Lauren earned her master’s and doctoral degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Oklahoma and is a member of the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

Rob Beres, M.A.

With over 20 years of experience in the employee listening space, Rob held similar consulting roles at CultureIQ, CEB/Gartner, and Valtera prior to joining Perceptyx.

Nicole Boyko, Ph.D.

Nicole Boyko, Ph.D. is a Principal Workforce Transformation Consultant with Perceptyx, guiding customers across industries in their journey to create an exceptional employee experience. Nicole brings more than 9 years' experience to her role, and possesses deep expertise in survey design, measurement, and analysis, with a specific focus on generating actionable outcomes and insights for customers.

Prior to Perceptyx, Nicole was a Director in Liberty Mutual's Global Employee Experience Analytics team where she developed and executed Liberty's enterprise-wide listening strategy, supporting strategic initiatives driven by employee sentiment.

Nicole earned her Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Connecticut and holds a B.A. in Psychology from Quinnipiac University. She is an active member of the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and a frequent speaker at the SIOP annual conference.

Mary Ann Bucklan, M.S.

Mary Ann Bucklan is a Senior Workforce Transformation Consultant at Perceptyx, where she provides thought leadership and strategic consulting on listening strategies to customers in a variety of industries and sectors including Manufacturing, Biotech, and Energy. Ame Creglow, M.S.

Ame Creglow brings a wealth of experience in Talent Management to Perceptyx, having partnered with more than a dozen Fortune 100 clients from a wide variety of industries on Employee Surveys, Manager Effectiveness and Upward Feedback, 360 degree and Leadership development programs, Assessments and Succession Planning. She has over 30 years of experience in consulting, operations, and customer experience from a survey program perspective for both Gallup and IBM, formerly Kenexa. This work has encompassed numerous studies linking business metrics to talent management programs, including a meta-analytic study which appears in First, Break All the Rules.

In her current role as a Senior Workforce Transformation Consultant, she specializes in helping clients develop strategic employee survey programs and uncover meaningful insights from their people analytics data.

Ame holds a B.A. in Public Relations from Loras College and an M.S. in Organizational Research from Gallup University.

Liz Culhane, Ph.D.

Liz Culhane, Ph.D., is a Senior Workforce Consultant with Perceptyx. With over 18 years of experience in the employee experience field, Liz partners with many organizations, including Fortune 500 companies to design and implement employee listening strategies that drive meaningful business outcomes. She specializes in helping organizations translate complex data into actionable insights—particularly within the healthcare industry, where she has led large-scale transformation efforts across clinical and operational teams.
Liz has also served as a long-time advisor to the U.S. Department of Defense, where she has played a key role in the development and advancement of their organizational climate survey program for more than a decade.

Her expertise spans survey design and analytics, leadership development, organizational culture, and large-scale change initiatives. She is passionate about aligning people strategies with organizational goals, ensuring that listening efforts lead to lasting impact. Liz earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Toledo.

Sam Dawson

Sam Dawson is Senior Director of Workforce Transformation at Perceptyx, where he helps organizations transform their employee experience through AI-powered listening and action strategies. With expertise in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, employee feedback, and culture transformation, Sam works with clients to turn employee insights into measurable business impact.

Prior to joining Perceptyx in 2025, Sam was Co-Founder of Feedback Works, a global employee survey and feedback platform that he built over seven years. The company operated across the UK, Australia, and the Nordics, serving businesses from 15 to over 150,000 employees with their proprietary Feedback VALUE Method.

Sam brings extensive consulting experience from nearly nine years at Korn Ferry Hay Group, where he served as Director and Head of the Insight business in the UK and later led the Pacific Region. He holds a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and is a certified EX XM Scientist.

Jonathan Elbaz, M.B.A.

Jonathan partners closely with many notable organizations spanning the Fortune 500 in the design and administration of employee listening, workforce analytics, and talent management interventions. John Estudillo

John Estudillo has been engaged in employee experience research since 2017, partnering with some of the world's largest companies to foster thriving workplace cultures. As Senior EX Operations Manager with Perceptyx, John oversees a team that delivers executive presentations based on survey insights and their connections to business objectives. His experience encompasses survey design, administration, and analysis, serving organizations seeking to understand and improve their workforce sentiment.

Since joining Perceptyx in 2019, John has collaborated with more than 160 organizations and contributed to projects for more than 270 customers across various industries. John's work focuses on translating complex survey data into clear, actionable strategies for executive teams. He regularly collaborates with leaders across departments to refine processes and enhance customer experiences. Before joining Perceptyx, John worked at NRC Health, where he managed multiple aspects of the survey process from design to result presentation. John holds a Business degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University.

Brittany Head, Ph.D.

Brittany Head is Lead Behavioral Transformation Strategist at Perceptyx. She works with Fortune 100 companies to improve employee experiences all over the world through a combination of best practices, data-driven insights, and innovative, customized solutions.

She has worked in the employee listening and survey field for over ten years and has previously consulted on methodology, leadership assessment, talent, and organizational effectiveness.

Davinder Johal, M.S.

Davinder Johal, MSc, is a Principal Workforce Transformation Consultant at Perceptyx. As an expert in this field with over 15 years' experience, she partners with organizations to design and deliver their employee listening strategy and shape the employee experience. Davinder is based in Europe but has worked with both national and international customers across many different industries and sectors.

Prior to Perceptyx, Davinder was a Manager at Ernst & Young (EY) providing lead consultancy on organizational design, change management, talent management, workforce planning and analytics services to public and private sector clients. Her previous experience also includes IBM-Kenexa, where she was a Managing Consultant for over six years in the Employee Survey Practice working with complex enterprise customers.

She has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London and a MSc in Occupational and Organizational Psychology from the University of Surrey.

Sarah Jorgenson

Sarah’s rich background contributes to her extensive knowledge in the areas of global leadership, organizational development, diversity & inclusion, recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, talent optimization, succession planning, and enterprise-level strategic initiatives.

Ellen Lovell, Ph.D.

Ellen Lovell, Ph.D, is a Principal Consultant with Perceptyx. She partners with a variety of customers in transforming organizations through connecting insights to impact in areas such as employee engagement, survey data analytics, action planning and activating at all levels, and meaningful transformation and change. She advises our Fortune 500 clients on employee listening strategies that push the envelope. She works with the consultant and research teams to develop reports, white papers, blogs, and panel discussions.

Ellen also helps lead Perceptyx's Healthcare practice, including the Healthcare EX Consortium, which encourages shared research and learnings from leaders across the Healthcare Industry.

She has nearly a decade of experience and has previously been a consultant and advisor for Dell Technologies and AROS Consulting. During her time at Dell Technologies, she worked in the Global Talent & Culture Center of Excellence and facilitated practices that pilot, deploy, analyze, and leverage assessments for business leaders and executives.

A frequent conference speaker and guest lecturer, Ellen has attended and contributed to industry associations, such as the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychologists (SIOP), Information Technology Survey Group (ITSG), International Personnel Assessment Council (IPAC), American Psychological Association (APA), and Reversal Theory Society.

Tiffany Patrick, M.B.A.

Tiffany Patrick is a Senior Consultant at Perceptyx. She provides trusted expertise on best practices in creating employee listening strategies across a wide range of business sectors and geographies. She helps clients leverage data to discover insights and drive action at scale.

She has worked in the survey and research assessment space since 2014 and has previously been a research scientist and consultant with Talent Plus. She specializes in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and has participated in special initiatives to help organizations develop both internal and external DEI strategies. Currently, she leads an internal Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) team that has been revamping Perceptyx’s DEIB customer solution.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from NC State University in psychology, a master’s degree from East Carolina University in industrial/organizational psychology and received her Master of Business Administration and a Certificate for Quantitative Methods for Social and Behavioral Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Crystal Perel, M.A.

Crystal Perel serves as Director, Leader and Workforce Transformation with Perceptyx, where she works with customers to better understand and develop creative, data-based solutions and make informed decisions that optimize their employees' work environment and, ultimately, lead to better business outcomes.

She has over a decade of experience in developing comprehensive listening strategies and has previously been an internal and external consultant across diverse industries and well-respected organizations, including Press Ganey Associates and Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. In 2019, she was one of 3 recipients of a Press Ganey Client Experience Award based on her client partnerships.

Heather Sager, Ph.D.

Heather Sager, Ph.D, is a Senior Consultant at Perceptyx, where she helps clients find success through actionable insights gained from better surveying. Her expertise includes the healthcare, nonprofit, and aerospace industries, and she has worked with organizations of all sizes.

She has over ten years of experience in industrial/organizational psychology, and has served in a number of roles that align with her enjoyment of process improvement, statistics, and traveling/getting to know different people. The Sager-Thompson Change Inventory, a survey she co-authored and validated in 2017, is still used by graduate students today.

She earned her Ph.D and Master of Arts in industrial/organizational psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and her Bachelor of Arts in forensic psychology from Messiah University. She is Six Sigma Green Belt certified, and teaches business and psychology as an adjunct faculty member for Purdue Global’s online school.

Stephanie Schloemer, Ph.D.

With a background spanning SaaS, human resources, retail, and pharmaceutical industries, Laura Sinkler has consistently delivered impactful solutions by leveraging advanced analytics techniques. Her expertise includes data storytelling, visualization, and predictive modeling to drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency. As a Senior Data Analyst at Perceptyx, Laura conducts original research within specific customers, across industries, and within the marketplace, performing complex statistical analyses with large datasets in R Studio. Laura's work involves automating critical processes, conducting marketplace research, and translating data into actionable strategies. Megan Steckler, M.A.

Director, Behavioral Science Strategy

Megan leads a team of Workforce Transformation Consultants who help customers transform employee experiences at the organization, team, and individual levels. Her team partners with a diverse range of organizations leveraging employee listening to drive improvement on a variety of business and talent priorities. Co-creating listening events, analyzing survey data, and incorporating industry trends and research allow this team to tell compelling stories that drive meaningful change and transformation. Megan also leads the integration of behavioral science and consulting best practices into the Perceptyx platform.

She has more than 17 years of experience in employee survey and engagement studies and has previously been a managing consultant for IBM’s Talent Management Solutions Group and Kenexa's Global Survey Practice, a consultant for Kenexa’s Employment Branding division, and a research analyst for Talent Plus, Inc.

An avid writer and speaker in the industry, she focuses on the employee experience, employee surveys, people analytics, and change management. She has presented at SIOP, hosted numerous webinars, and is published frequently on the Perceptyx blog.

Vanessa Stuart brings more than a decade of expertise in survey research and data analysis to her role as EX Operations Manager. As leader of a team of EX Analysts, Vanessa has been instrumental in revamping customer deliverables, particularly in enhancing data visualizations. She excels at using data to drive organizational success and cultivate positive employee experiences. Her experience includes more than seven years at NRC Health, where she held various key positions and honed her skills in survey design, data analysis, and data visualization. Zachary Warman, M.S.

Zachary Warman, M.S., is a Senior Behavioral Scientist at Perceptyx. With a passion for leveraging data and research to improve workplace experiences, Zach brings extensive expertise in employee assessment and vocational interests. He earned his M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2017.

Zach joined Perceptyx in 2024, where he continues to conduct impactful research, exploring the factors that shape employee engagement and organizational success. Prior to Perceptyx, Zach worked at Wonderlic, where he contributed to the development and enhancement of assessment products, designed feedback experiences for job applicants and employees, and conducted applied research on mobile assessment technology and device equivalence. His work has included conference presentations and published research on cognitive ability testing in mobile contexts.

Bradley Wilson, Ph.D.

Dr. Bradley Wilson serves as Global Head of Workforce Insights & Innovation at Perceptyx, where he leads the strategic vision for how organizations use employee feedback to drive innovation, culture transformation, and performance. A Ph.D.-trained industrial/organizational psychologist, Brad brings over a decade of experience helping Fortune 500 companies navigate the evolving world of work with human-centered strategies and data-driven insights.

In this global leadership role, Brad oversees strategic research and innovation initiatives that explore both current practices in behavior change and emerging trends shaping the future of work. He leads efforts to anticipate how people and technology will interact in tomorrow’s workplace, guiding the development of people analytics solutions that empower organizations to adapt, thrive, and lead. By translating employee voice into actionable insights, Brad helps executives develop effective listening strategies that connect culture, engagement, and business impact.

Brad’s academic background includes a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University, an MBA in Innovation and Organizational Design from Liberty University, and a BA in Communication and Leadership Development from the University of Rhode Island. His doctoral research focused on how employees adapt to organizational change, particularly during post-merger integrations, with an emphasis on the role of cultural alignment in talent retention.

A frequent speaker, Brad has delivered over 1,000 executive briefings and contributed to more than 50 industry conferences and publications.
