COVID-19 Safety & Show Policy
The health and safety of all attendees at the INSIGHTS Conference remains our top priority. We are closely monitoring government mandates and policy changes and local and venue guidelines along with public health announcements. As information pertaining to the virus continues to develop, we will adjust our approach as needed and keep you up to date with new developments to ensure a coordinated effort and a safe environment for all conference attendees.
COVID-19 Vaccinations
Austin, TX currently does not require proof of vaccination to enter public indoor locations, nor do they require face masks. Both vaccinations and masks are highly recommended, but not required.
INSIGHTS 2022 will continue to follow local and venue requirements. As information pertaining to COVID-19 requirements is ever evolving, we will continue to update as needed based on state, local and venue requirements.
Face-Coverings
In Austin, TX, local authorities no longer require anyone to wear a face mask while in public indoor settings. Masks are encouraged, especially if you are unvaccinated, but they are not required in most public indoor venues. However, masks are still required on all public transportation, including buses, taxis and ride share services.
We will continue to follow local and venue guidelines.
Hand Sanitizer Stations
We will have sanitizing systems easily accessible to everyone throughout the event.
Spacing Measures
Social distancing practices will be implemented when possible, according to all venue, local and state guidelines.
Health and Safety Signage
Signage will be placed to remind all attendees to social distance and frequently wash and sanitize their hands.
The hotel has put in place a multi-pronged approach designed to meet the health and safety challenges presented by COVID-19 as outlined in Hyatt’s Commitment to Care & Cleanliness.

Audio/Visual Policy
- Photography and/or recording (including audio and video) during the INSIGHTS Conference is allowed for personal and private use only.
- Photos and/or recordings cannot be copied, altered, sold, exhibited, or further distributed without Perceptyx Inc.’s prior written consent.
- Photos and/or recordings are the exclusive property of Perceptyx, Inc. and can retain the right to revoke consent.
- No disruptions due to photography and/or recording shall be allowed, and violators may lose attendance privileges.
