    • Build a listening strategy and develop KPIs to guide continuous organizational improvement.
  • The Solution:

    • Initiated a listening strategy built around engagement surveys in order to identify key areas for improvement, one of which was employee benefits.
  • The Impact:

    • Developed an enhanced benefits program directly addressing employee needs based on engagement survey results and focus group feedback, set to roll out by August 2024.
    • Will use future positive shifts in engagement metrics to validate subsequent listening strategy adjustments and improvements.
