Summer Virtual Symposium | Wellness at the Heart of Healthcare: Trends in Organizational Well-being

Wednesday | August 6, 2025

9 AM PDT | 11 AM CDT | 12 PM EDT

Employee well-being in the healthcare industry is an expanding area of research, particularly since the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite greater awareness of the individual and organizational impacts of stress, staffing shortages and burnout have created a cyclical challenge that’s proving difficult to break.

For our upcoming Summer Virtual Symposium, we’re welcoming an expert speaker panel to share new data on the latest trends in organizational well-being, what this reveals about the employee experience for healthcare workers, as well as potential interventions to mitigate the growing impacts of stress and burnout.

Managers and senior leaders have an especially important role to play in the battle for greater well-being. In fact, Perceptyx data reveals that only 1 in 5 employees working for poorly-rated managers are fully engaged in their jobs, and 85% have actively participated in job-seeking behaviors in the past month. During the live session, we’ll also debut a new Healthcare 360 feedback offering focused on helping managers develop the competencies needed to support a range of critical outcomes, including well-being.
