Infographic: Are the Vaccinated and Unvaccinated on a Collision Course at Work and School?

In June 2021, Perceptyx asked more than 1,000 working Americans to measure how much anxiety they're feeling about working in a mixed vaccinated-unvaccinated environment. The "vax gap" between these two populations -- workers who are vaccinated versus those that have delayed or opted-out of getting a COVID-19 vaccine -- reveals a chasm that People leaders should consider as part of their return-to-work strategy.
