EX Impact Awards

The EX Impact Awards recognize customer organizations that leverage Perceptyx’s Platform to uncover key insights, take meaningful action, and create extraordinary employee experiences. This is your chance to be celebrated as a people-first organization committed to making work better.

Application Criteria

Participating is easy! To be considered, simply share how your organization has used the Perceptyx Platform to address a unique business and talent priority. To qualify, your entry should detail the specific EX challenge(s) you addressed via your listening and action strategy, the listening events and channels utilized to gather employee feedback, the specific actions your organization took based on the listening feedback, and the specific results that were achieved. Entries that detail specific actions taken and quantify specific business outcomes resulting from their listening program will be given special consideration.

Your organization may self-nominate for an EX Impact Award in several categories, including:

• Career Progression/Career Pathways
• Change & Innovation
• DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging)
• Employee Engagement
• Employee Health & Well-Being
• Employee Retention
• Manager Effectiveness

Winner Selection

All award submissions will be published on the Perceptyx website for review and peer voting. Final winners will be selected based on:

• EX Impact Awards (up to 7): One winner in each category, chosen by a panel of previous winners and a board of Perceptyx customer success and Workforce Transformation leaders.
• People Leader’s Choice (1): One winner selected via online voting by your peers in people leadership roles.

Deadline for award submissions is January 31, 2025. 2025 EX Impact award winners will be announced on or around April 1, 2025.
