Lead
The Lead service package is designed to partner with you throughout the year in alignment with your managed event. This service package brings with it the best thought leadership, solutions expertise, and bespoke custom project plans needed to solve our customer’s more complex problems. This package is best suited for those looking for a partner to be a part of the team, additional time for change management, and a solutions expert to help navigate more complex problems.
Customer will have access to:
Managed Events
- One managed event per Lead package purchased per year* as defined in the order form.
- Additional Lead packages can be purchased for additional managed events following certain restrictions**
*Unused events do not carry over to the next contracted year
**Additional Lead packages can be purchased post Solution Planning meeting. Lead packages requested to kickoff within four (4) weeks will be priced at a prime rate.
Solution Planning
- Two (2) semi-annual virtual Solution Planning meetings (Kickoff & Lessons Learned) for the purposes of establishing and understanding the guidelines, phases, milestones, and desired outcomes for the survey program for each year.
- Develop and maintain one (1) Annual Lead Plan (ALP) that includes phases & milestones, workstream dates, project team responsibilities for each managed or unmanaged event.
- Host one (1) Data Solutions Strategy meeting to review detailed examination of customer’s data file. Perceptyx will advise best practices to achieve maximum outcome from the Perceptyx People Insights Platform including an overall Data Health Score (DHS).
- Create a Trend Strategy Plan (TSP) as needed across multiple events.***
Solution Execution
- Develop and maintain one (1) Custom Project Plan (CPP) to ensure proper granularity, visibility, alignment, accuracy, definition of responsibilities, and timeliness for each managed event.
- Host up to twenty (20) office hour meetings for each managed event.
- Build one (1) online survey to customer specifications for each managed event.
- Provide one (1) custom data file review by a Perceptyx Data Manager to identify data quality issues, leverage thought leadership, and determine an overall Data Health Score (DHS) for each managed event.
- Load one (1) final customer employee data file prior to survey administration for each managed event.
- Create a custom manager or matrixed hierarchy in the platform for each managed event.***
- Set up trending using exact-text matching to the designated number of previous surveys administered by item, demographics, and manager hierarchy for each managed event.***
- Provide one (1) trend mapping audit report to review and make any required changes to trending of survey items, demographics, and managers for each managed event.***
- Set up Life Cycle linkage using employee ID to all other survey(s) administered by Perceptyx.***
- Conduct pilot testing with up to fifty (50) testers for each managed event.
- Configure reporting site for up to three (3) templated dashboards with up to six (6) widgets each for each managed event.***
- Create up to three (3) versions of each standard report in the Perceptyx platform, where applicable for each managed event.***
- Configure up to two (2) versions of the downloadable manager report, including presentation slides and leader’s guides, using up to twenty (20) Perceptyx core slides for each managed event.***
- Load up to two (2) post-survey customer data files for each managed event.
Solution Training
- Provide up to four (4) virtual one-hour user training sessions in English per managed event. Training sessions can be recorded.
