As a Senior Consultant, Brad leads the team responsible for Perceptyx survey design, results analysis and executive reporting. He has significant experience with development of Key Performance Indicators, maximizing data confidence through assessment design, linking employee survey data to organizational strategy and objectives, and leveraging data to improve speed and confidence in corporate decision making.
Prior to joining the firm, Brad oversaw the strategic planning process and key indicator management for a multi-national non-profit. He holds a BA in Communications and Leadership Development from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA from Liberty University in VA. Brad lives in Southern California with his wife and their three kids.
