Using GenAI in Comment Copilot to Understand Team Member Feedback

 

Children’s Nebraska is focused on decreasing time to action when responding to team member feedback. With thousands of written comments in their most recent listening event, they saw an opportunity to evaluate Comment Copilot, a new GenAI comment summarization technology introduced by Perceptyx earlier this year. After a careful analysis and summarization by a team of six specialists over two weeks, they processed the comments with Comment Copilot to see how closely the output compared--if at all--and understand the potential for efficiency improvement in the future.
