Where there were once many disparate and disconnected surveys managed by different groups, Eaton has created a continuous listening approach that links data from their onboarding and exit surveys to their census and pulse surveys, all the while making sure that the data collected from their employees reflects the information needs of senior leaders in HR and in the businesses.

Resilience is a word commonly used by businesses as many employees face the threats of restricted budgets, escalating pressures, and uncertainty about the future.
